Big Brother Amplified Winners!!!!!!!!

Last night was the Grand Finale of Big Brother Amplified.

It is pretty obvious by now who we were supporting (hehehe).
The two winners were Karen of Nigeria and Wendall of Zimbabwe!
Not gonna lie, Wendall was a shock. Did not see that one coming.

Our girl Karen, on the other hand, was an obvious winner for the past few weeks.
She deserves the money and we are mad happy for her!
We are sure her acting and modeling career will take off, not just in Nigeria, as she is loved by people all over the continent. (She won by 6 country votes).
Her win indicates the mind-set of Africans. That we are now focused on the good, and want to see good people get-ahead and overcome trials in their lives.

We can not wait for next years' show!

*On a side note:
During the Live Finale Show, when the South African contestant, Luclay, was 'evicted' and it was clear he was not one of the two winners, the audience (mostly South Africans) boo-ed Wendall and Karen. As a South African, I was so ashamed of this behaviour. What does it say about us to the rest of Africa? I was even more disturbed by the backlash on Facebook. People (South Africans) were threatening the 'Big Brother' voice-over artist and his family with death. I wish to make clear to our readers who have seen this, especially our African readers, that these people do not represent all South Africans. They are a small percentage of South Africans who watch the show, and supported the South African contestant. South Africans are a peaceful and warm people.
