Last week we wrote an article on Karen Igho, a contestant on the African continental reality show, Big Brother Amplified.

Last week Karen was up for eviction. On the live eviction show on Sunday, broadcast to millions of viewers across the continent, viewers had to wait to the last few minutes of the show to learn the fate of the beloved contestant.
She was saved. By votes from people in 8 African countries (out of the 15 countries that can vote). Amongst the 8 are South Africa, Angola, Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
In a previous week when she was up for eviction, she was saved by 6 countries. So her popularity is growing.

But with 3 weeks left of the show, it will be interesting to see if she will be one of the two winners of the prize money. At this rate, she is a guaranteed winner.
